ARE YOU TAKING NEW GROOMING CLIENTS?
Laura and Dillon's books are currently closed for new clients. If you are personally referred to us by an existing client, please reach out and we will assist in whatever way we can!

Jessica Gaffney- Books are open to Personal Referrals by existing clients and a select few clients who are a good fit for her books!

Becky Fallaize- Accepting New Clients of all shapes and sizes currently! Please take into consideration for scheduling needs that she consistently is scheduled about 3-4 weeks in advance for larger breeds and 2-3 weeks for most smaller breeds!
WHAT DOES MY DOG NEED TO GET GROOMED?
All dogs are required to be vaccinated for Rabies (puppies do not need Rabies vaccines below 16 weeks of age) per state of NC Law.
We recommend the Distemper/Parvo Vaccine and Bordetella, however that is up to your discretion. Titer testing is accepted!
Common canine illnesses such as Kennel Cough, Papilloma Virus, and more can always occur even if vaccinated. We have extensive cleaning procedures to ensure the facility is as clean as possible.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
All of our services feature our all-inclusive base pricing (additional charges can occur for de-tangling, behavior, table training, long haircuts, and more time-consuming services), but each pup receives a thorough skin and coat assessment and receives the optimal product stack for their specific needs. Bathing technique and product usage should not be one size fits all!
We proudly use Melanie Newman Salon Essentials, B3 Salon Products, South Bark, Hydra, and Botaniqua products for grooming services.
In addition to De-shedding services, fun personality trims, and luxury baths, we do offer an extensive variety of Breed trims to show standard or tailored or your specific requests. Our groomers have experience with handstripping terriers and coat revitalization, poodle show maintenance and trims, Bichon Frises, Schnauzers of all sizes, Kerry Blue Terriers, Bedlington Terriers, and just about any other breed that could walk in the door!

WHEN DO YOU TAKE APPOINTMENTS?
Appointments must be scheduled in advance (except for select walk-in services) and we highly recommend pre-booking your appointments with 2-3 scheduled in advance as we book up extremely quickly and want to ensure everyone has a spot that works for them.

The average haircut appointment lasts from 3-4 hours with some more extensive haircuts taking the better part of a full day. We will give you an estimated time, but this is an estimate only and since we are a small business, times can vary. Each dog will receive water, a snack (if requested), a potty break, and plenty of attention during their visit to ensure their comfort. We strongly encourage kennel training, however if your dog would do better with a stright through service and no kennel time, please let us know!
We are open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 to 6:30 (early drop-off/late pickup can be accommodated for with a fee of $10 per 15 minutes). For scheduling ease, we do ask that you pick up your dog within an hour of receiving their "Ready to Go" text message to ensure the space for every appointment.

Our team of pet care professionals are meticulously and expertly trained to provide the very best care for your pet while they are with us. All bathing, drying, and grooming is carefully overseen to provide a positive experience for your pup and give them the best spa day around!

DO YOU GROOM DOODLES?
Short answer- YES! We love doodles and pride ourselves on building relationships with new and seasoned doodle parents alike to achieve their ideal style.
​
That said, doodles take a significantly longer bathing, drying, and grooming time because of their varying coat types, therefore are priced at a higher price point to allow us to do the best possible work!

I WANT TO CHANGE MY DOG'S FOOD, BUT I'M LOST!
Options for dog food are overwhelming to try and go through on your own! We have the option to schedule a time to come in and explore your dog's current food and compare ingredient panels and composition. Nutrition and wholesome ingredients are often overlooked with pet food so we help run through options that best fit your pup in addition to your lifestyle and budget.
